M&M also took me down to Chinatown during lunch for additional cheering, and introduced me to mangosteens. So voila: my first mangosteen:
...the flesh was fresh and fragrant, reminding me of mushy lychees. Definitely up there as a favourite! Here are some much nicer and neater photos of Mangosteens, and a great looking sorbet recipe, by none other than M&M herself ;)

Mmmmm I love mangosteens but find it hard to find them here so whenever I go overseas I try and eat my body weight in them :lol:
